Rosseti CEO says FGC UES to sell part of stake in Inter RAO

MOSCOW, Jun 29 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (FGC UES) will sell a part of its 18.57% stake in power holding Inter RAO, not the full package, Pavel Livinsky, CEO of state power grid holding Rosseti, told reporters on Friday.

“Not the full stake,” he said.

Livinsky said that there was an order to sell shares in Inter RAO, and that the board of directors of Rosseti, which controls FGC UES, has approved the deal.
